Terms & Conditions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire legal agreement between you and diva55. They supersede all prior representations, communications, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to your use of the platform.

Your acceptance is confirmed by any one of the following actions:

• Clicking the acceptance checkbox during the account registration process;
• Completing account registration on the diva55 platform;
• Logging into an existing diva55 account after these Terms have been updated;
• Placing any wager, making any deposit, or using any Service on the platform.

diva55 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent material changes were made.

To register and maintain an active diva55 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. diva55 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation, and a full KYC review will be conducted before any withdrawal is considered.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law at the time of play.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
4. No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from diva55 or from any other online gaming platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other material breach of terms.
5. Not a diva55 Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of diva55 and its technology and payments partners are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform.

Each Member may hold exactly one Account on diva55. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Your date of birth;
• A valid email address accessible solely by you;
• Your current residential address in Indonesia;
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number;
• Your preferred payment method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. diva55 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

diva55 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, and may be requested at any point during a Member's activity on the platform at the discretion of diva55's compliance team.

Accepted KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or Indonesian driving license (SIM);
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and current Indonesian residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the front of your registered bank card or e-wallet account confirmation, with sensitive digits redacted as appropriate.

All documents submitted for KYC review are processed securely. diva55 handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

diva55 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and restrict account access if KYC documentation is not provided within seven (7) calendar days of a formal request being issued.

All financial transactions on diva55 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). diva55 does not apply currency conversion fees; what you deposit in IDR is what appears in your Account Balance in IDR.

Supported payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of successful settlement from your bank or e-wallet provider. The majority of deposit transactions are processed in real time. diva55 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. diva55 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions.

diva55 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, diva55 may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation and, where necessary, report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

diva55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian calendar — including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

The following general terms apply to all diva55 bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion's detail page.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is still active and subject to wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• diva55 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any form of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, coordinated wagering to exploit bonus mechanics, use of automated tools, or opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses — will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are available exclusively to Members aged 21 and above who have completed the standard account registration process. Bonuses cannot be claimed on behalf of another person.

All games available on diva55 — including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe; live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live; and sports betting markets — operate according to their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game or betting interface.

• Wagers placed and confirmed by the Member are final. diva55 will not reverse a confirmed wager except in the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting the game outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game engine will resolve the round according to its standard completion logic. diva55 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Sports betting odds are set by diva55's trading team and may be subject to adjustment prior to match kick-off. Bets accepted before an odds adjustment remain valid at the accepted odds. In-play odds are updated in real time and accepted bets are binding at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance.
• diva55 reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error in odds compilation, a clear pricing error, or evidence of market manipulation is identified. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Account.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet or game session apply and are detailed in the cashier and game rules sections. These limits apply regardless of the source of the winning wager (real money or Bonus Funds).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on diva55 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using automated bots, scripts, exploits, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in an automated manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using diva55 accounts or infrastructure;
• Colluding with other Members or with diva55 staff to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedge betting across multiple accounts to guarantee profit from bonus wagering requirements;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to diva55 after related winnings have been wagered or withdrawn;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing diva55 support staff or other Members via any communication channel.

diva55 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adult entertainment purposes only — you must be 21 years of age or older to hold an account. Gambling should remain an enjoyable leisure activity; it should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

diva55 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available at no cost to all Members through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your Account;
• Session Time Limits: Configure time-based alerts and automatic session cutoffs to manage how long you play in a single sitting;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all diva55 marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum of 12 months.

diva55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

diva55 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted technology partners, payment processors, and identity verification providers solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and fulfill our compliance obligations. All third-party data processors engaged by diva55 are contractually bound to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

All content on the diva55 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of diva55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the diva55 platform solely for their own personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any diva55 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any diva55 software or game engine;
• Create derivative works based on diva55 content or branding;
• Use diva55 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, diva55 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any Service due to scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, or technical failures beyond diva55's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any inaccuracy, delay, or error in odds or game results caused by a data feed provider or third-party game studio, where diva55 has acted in good faith based on the information available.

Where diva55's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

diva55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• diva55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of financial crime;
• The Member's continued use of the platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to diva55;
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• The Member has requested voluntary self-exclusion.

Members may close their own Account at any time by contacting the diva55 support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to satisfactory KYC status.

diva55 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and is subject to the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction to the extent applicable.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through diva55's internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of an agreed independent arbitration body as specified in diva55's dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available from our support team.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually excluded.

diva55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, diva55 will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform homepage, a notification within the Member's account dashboard, or an email to the Member's registered email address.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time a material change is made. Your continued use of the diva55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.
